Director of Operations

T.J. has over 20 years of executive experience, leading teams of various technical and creative backgrounds delivering digital solutions to Fortune 300 companies, private wealth management firms, commercial banks and healthcare entities. T.J.’s skill set includes digital marketing strategy, communications planning, and extensive web design and development expertise. From delivering single landing pages for Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns, to the delivery of enterprise level projects, and any custom development in between, T.J.’s team expeditiously delivers custom, functional, results.
He lives with his wife Michelle and daughter, Sadie, in Seattle, WA.

Julie Towne

Partner, Creative Director

Julie has more than 25 years of ad agency experience, building brands in healthcare, high-tech, retail, and packaged goods. A writer by trade, she has spent the last 15 years as a creative director, guiding teams of art directors and writers to create award-winning, revenue-generating work in television, radio, print, collateral and digital media. She has been creative director for firms as small as 10 people as well as for the San Francisco office of Publicis Dialog, one of the world’s largest advertising agencies. Her unique ability to meld strategic and creative thinking makes her invaluable to both colleagues and clients. Julie has exceptional expertise in healthcare marketing, having worked with hospital clients throughout her career and also at a healthcare-exclusive agency for 6 years.
